On Wednesday, May 2, John Dixon released his Top Five schools that he is considering attending to continue his education and football career.
Dixon is a cornerback out of Chamberlain High School in Tampa, FL. He is measured at 6-0 and 170 pounds.
247sports has him listed as a three-star prospect. The Rivals network has him as a four-star prospect (5-11, 170) along with ESPN Recruiting (5-10, 176).
The schools that made his list are Alabama, Penn State, Ohio State, Miami FL and South Carolina.
The Gamecocks had Dixon in for an unofficial visit back on April 9, 2016 and officially offered him on April 10, 2016 (according to 247sports timeline).
He said in the tweet that announced these schools that he is "...Bringing this process to an end soon."
