The greatest rivalry in collegiate baseball is set to get started under the lights at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Friday evening.
CLEMSON (7-1) vs SOUTH CAROLINA (7-1)
These two teams have met 318 times since 1899 and Clemson leads the series in wins with a record of 178-138-2.
At Doug Kingsmore (opened in 1970), Clemson holds a record of 52-28; in games at Fluor Field the series is tied 4-4; at Founders Park (opened in 2009), the Gamecocks hold a 9-4 record vs the Tigers.
