The Tigers are heading to paradise! Clemson is set to take part in the Junkanoo Jam in Bimini, Bahamas beginning on Thursday, Nov. 22. The Tigers (3-2) face their third SEC matchup in as many games, when they meet the No. 11 Tennessee Volunteers on Thursday at 3:00 pm.
Clemson squared-off with Alabama in its second road game of the season on Monday, coming up short 56-76 in the ACC/SEC matchup. As a team, Clemson outrebounded Alabama 46-37 throughout the game.
Tennessee enters Thursday’s contest undefeated, having taken down all three opponents faced thus far in the 2018-19 season. Most recently, the Volunteers hosted Florida A&M, dominating the Rattlers 96-31.
Clemson and Tennessee have met 12 times in program history with the series heavily favoring the Volunteers 11-1. The Tigers’ only win over Tennessee came in 1981 when Clemson downed the then seventh-ranked Volunteers, 72-64, at home.
